Samantha Casey- The Running Dream

I ran everywhere. Raced everyone. I loved the wind across my cheeks, through my hair. Running aired out my soul. It made me feel ALIVE. And now? Im stuck knowing Ill never run again…”

"I have the Running Dream almost every night. . . And every morning it wakes me with a fresh set of tears.
People dont understand why we run. . . I just know that for me, running was like eating and breathing-it was something I had always done, and without it I felt miserable. Suffocated.
